The vehicle tool kit, TIREFIT kit, jack, folding wheel chock and first-aid kit are in the left-hand stowage compartment in the luggage compartment.


When using the jack, you should also observe the safety notes in the "Flat tyre" section more.

Check the expiry date on the first-aid kit regularly, and replace the contents if necessary.

	Release the velcro fastening.
	Remove first-aid kit .

	Fold the stowage space cover down more.
	Release the velcro fastening.
	Remove warning triangle .

	Fold feet down and out to the side.
	Pull side reflectors upwards to form a triangle and lock them at the top using retainer .

To fold the plates upwards

To fold out the lower plate

To insert the plate

	Fold both plates upwards.
	Fold out lower plate .
	Guide the lugs on the lower plate fully into openings in base plate .

Have the fire extinguisher refilled after each use and checked every one or two years. Otherwise, it may fail in an emergency.

Observe the legal requirements in all countries concerned.

The fire extinguisher is located underneath the front of the driver's seat.

	Pull tab upwards.
	Remove fire extinguisher .

Vehicles with a subwoofer mounted in the emergency spare wheel:

you must observe the notes given on the subwoofer when removing it.
