Checking the coolant level
Slowly turn cap 1 anti-clockwise half a turn to allow excess pressure to escape. There is sufficient coolant in expansion tank 2if the coolant reaches the marker bar 3 in the filler neck when cold or is approximately 1.5 cm higher when warm.
