Removing the warning triangle

  

Turn catch in the direction of the arrow.
  

Remove warning triangle .

Setting up the warning triangle

Fold feet down and out to the side.
  

Pull side reflectors  upwards to form a triangle and lock them at the top using retainer .
 

Vehicle tool kit, TIREFIT kit, jack and collapsible wheel* (spare wheel)

The vehicle tool kit, TIREFIT kit, etc. are located in the stowage well underneath the boot floor.

When using the jack, you should also observe the safety notes in the "Flat tyre" section more.

Turn retaining screw  anti-clockwise.
  

Remove collapsible spare wheel .

Setting up the folding wheel chock
To fold the plates upwards
To fold out the lower plate
To insert the plate
  

Fold both plates upwards.
  

Fold out lower plate .
  

Guide the lugs on the lower plate fully into openings in base plate .
 

Fire extinguisher*

Have the fire extinguisher refilled after each use and checked every one or two years. Otherwise, it may fail in an emergency.

Observe the legal requirements in all countries concerned.

The fire extinguisher is located underneath the front of the driver's seat.

Remove fire extinguisher .
 

First-aid kit

The first-aid kit is located in the boot under the inner floor.

Check the expiry date on the first-aid kit regularly, and replace the contents if necessary.
