When restraint is required
Advanced seatbelts and a first class airbag system substantially contribute to a Mercedes-Benz Van’s exceptional level of safety. Modern three-point seatbelts are the mainstay of the passenger protective system. Seatbelt tensioners increase the passive safety by instantly tightening the belt against the body in the event of an accident. Furthermore, full size airbags, windowbags and thorax sidebags are important additions to the occupant protection system. Please note that these highly developed safety systems can only help you if you are belted up. Therefore always put your seat belt on – even when driving short distances.
