Adjusting the steering wheel
The steering wheel adjustment mechanism is locked and unlocked pneumatically. The steering wheel height and angle are adjustable.

If the steering wheel adjustment mechanism is unlocked whilst driving, uncontrolled movements of the steering wheel could cause you to lose control of the vehicle. This could cause an accident, thereby injuring yourself and others.
Unlock the steering wheel only when the vehicle is stationary and the parking brake is applied.
Do not unlock the steering wheel when the vehicle is in motion.

Steering wheel adjustment switch
With the vehicle stationary and the parking brake applied:

Press lower section  of the steering wheel adjustment switch.

The steering wheel is unlocked.

Adjust the steering wheel height and angle.

Press upper section  of the steering wheel adjustment switch.

The steering wheel is locked.
|
The steering wheel adjustment mechanism is locked automatically approximately 10 seconds after it is unlocked, regardless of any adjustments made.
