Setting the airflow manually
The airflow can be set manually by using the thumbwheel.
Automatic air distribution and airflow control
In automatic mode, you rarely need to change the temperature, airflow and air distribution.
To demist the windows
Thermotronic automatically selects the most effective blower and heat output, the air flows onto the windscreen and front side windows, and air-recirculation mode is deactivated. If you press the button again the previously selected settings come into effect again.
To activate and deactivate Thermotronic
Air supply and air circulation are also switched off if Thermotronic is deactivated. If the panorama louvred sliding sunroof is closed only select this setting for a short time. The windows could otherwise mist up.
To increase the temperatur on the right side
Press the upper section of the red temperature button until the desired temperature is shown in the display.

The air distribution can be set manually by using the thumbwheel.
Residual heat/auxiliary ventilation
When you have switched off the engine, you can still heat the stationary vehicle for up to 30 minutes using the residual heat of the engine.
To switch the cooling function on/off
The cooling function is operational when the engine is running and cools depending on the interior temperature selected.
To lower the temperature on the right-hand side
Press the lower section of the blue temperature button until the desired temperature is shown in the display.
To lower the temperature on the left-hand side
Press the lower section of the blue temperature button until the desired temperature is shown in the display.
Air-recirculation mode
Air-recirculation mode is switched on automatically at high outside temperatures.
